Lily & Lester is a 2016 American 3D computer-animated adventure comedy film produced by Frenzy Animation and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is directed by Kirk DeMicco and Chris Sanders from the screenplay by Maya Forbes and Wallace Wolodarsky. The film stars the voices of Isla Fisher, Jake T. Austin, David Tennant, Ty Burrell, Sofía Vergara, Lewis Black, Dan Fogler, and Chloë Grace Moretz.
Lily & Lester premiered in Los Angeles on April 2, 2016, and was released on April 8, 2016 in 3D and conventional formats. The film received mixed reviews from critics and it earned $194 million worldwide against a $69 million budget during its theatrical run.
